After contacting LDS to obtain some information, I was impressed. Everything that they gave me – including the tutorial – was very informative. The instructions were very thorough and easy to follow. The LDS website is easy to navigate – especially the uploads. LDS is also very affordable compared to other service providers. Their invoices are precise and easy to read. Also, I believe that they have the best customer service. Just recently, I inadvertently uploaded an unsigned document. LDS immediately sent me an email and they followed-up with a phone call. NOW that is customer service. Less than a year later and we chose to designate LDS as the electronic service provider for another case.
