A) Program Overview
The purpose of the Program is to permit you to advertise our (Legal Department Server) services on your site, in email, or any other form of electronic marketing, and to receive a commission each successful conversion of lead.

B) Definitions
Affiliate”- The business, individual, or entity applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, or that displays Legal Department Server’s services and/or promotions on its website, or other means, using an affiliate tracking code in exchange for receiving a commission from Legal Department Server for sales directly resulting from such display Affiliate Site”- The Affiliate’s website which displays Legal Department Server’s Services and/or promotions.

C) Summary
This Affiliate Agreement (Agreement) contains the complete terms and conditions between, Legal Department Server and you, regarding your application to and participation in, the Legal Department Server Affiliate Program (the “Affiliate Program”) as an affiliate of Legal Department Server (an “Affiliate”), and the establishment of links from your website to our website, https://www.LegalDepartmentServer.com.
BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION TO JOIN OR BY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT SERVER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

D) Enrolment
To begin the enrolment process, you must submit a complete Affiliate Program Signup Form. The signup form can be found at https://LegalDepartmentServer.com/become-an-affiliate/

E) Affiliate Disclosure
It is the intent of Legal Department Server to treat all of our users fairly. Accordingly, we require all Legal Department Server Affiliates to comply with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines concerning advertising and marketing, including without limitations, the Federal Trade Commission.

F) Logo’s & Trademark’s
We grant you anon-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to access our website through the Links solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

G) Use of Affiliate Links & Services
Use of Links. If you quality and agree to participate as an Affiliate, we will make a variety of graphic and textual links available to you (each referred to herein as a “Link” or collectively, as the “Links”). The Links will serve to identify your website as a member of the Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your website or e-mail to Legal Department Server’s website. Unless expressly permitted by Legal Department Server, the Links are to be used on your website and you shall not distribute the Links to third parties to be posted on websites that you do not own. If any affiliate user is found violating the policy, may be punished, & is subject to ban from affiliate program.

H) Modification
We may modify this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion; provided that the change shall solely apply to events occurring after the date on which you accept and agree to such modifications unless you otherwise agree here in. Such modifications shall take effect whenever we find it require.

I) Commissions & Payments
Users will be credited a statement credit on each successful conversion. The value of statement credit is set by the Legal Department Server and can be change anytime for any reasons. The users will be notified via registered email address used to sign up for such instances. The value of statement credits are displayed at Affiliate Program Page or https://legaldocumentserver.com/affiliate-program/
