For Concierge orders, our team reviews your documents for common issues — like missing signatures, incorrect formatting, or wrong case numbers — before filing with the court. Self-service orders are submitted directly as uploaded. Either way, you get real-time confirmation and a full digital audit trail.
Most eFilings submitted through Legal Document Server are transmitted to the court the same business day. Court processing times vary by jurisdiction, but most California Superior Courts process electronic filings within 24 to 48 hours. You can track the status of your filing in real time through your account dashboard and will receive email confirmation once the court accepts your documents.
Legal Document Server supports eFiling for a wide range of civil, family law, probate, and other case types across 46 California Superior Courts. Accepted documents include complaints, motions, petitions, responses, and most other court filings. Each court has its own local rules for accepted document types and formats — our compliance team ensures your filings meet all requirements before submission.
When you submit a process serving order, your job is assigned to an experienced, vetted process server in the relevant jurisdiction. Our servers handle service of summons, subpoenas, restraining orders, and other legal documents nationwide across all 50 states. Every attempt is tracked in real time with GPS-stamped proof of service, and you receive detailed affidavits upon completion.
Once service is completed, your process server uploads a detailed proof of service affidavit to your account. This affidavit includes GPS-verified location data, timestamps, photographs when applicable, and a sworn declaration of service. You can download these documents directly from your dashboard and file them with the court as needed.
