Starting October 2, 2023, San Bernardino Superior Court will accept eFiling for Civil Limited and Unlimited case types via Legal Document Server.

While eFiling offers obvious advantages to physical filing, it’s highly unlikely that physical courtesy copies will be rendered obsolete. As is the case with other California Counties, San Bernardino is sure to mandate courtesy copies for certain types of documents. Even if every document was electronically fileable, courtesy copies will still be required to the court.

When it comes to physical trips to the San Bernardino Superior Court, LDS can’t be beat.
