Legal Document Server’s (LDS) Concierge Service is a hands-on litigation support option in which LDS document specialists review, format, and submit eFiling orders, physical court filings, and service of process requests on behalf of attorneys. The Concierge team checks each filing for errors and court-specific formatting requirements before submission, reducing rejection rates and freeing up paralegal time.
We recognize the time-sensitive nature of our clients’ businesses and strive to expedite Concierge Service orders promptly. However, the size, complexity, and timing of orders may impact our ability to guarantee immediate processing. While we endeavor to accommodate urgent requests, we cannot specify an exact timeline for order review.
In instances where we are unable to reach you for clarification on your order, and it is within two hours of close of business, we will proceed with submission as requested. Should your order be rejected due to missing information or errors, please contact us for a thorough review and assistance with corrections and resubmission.
Customers are responsible for any expenses incurred in the event of order failure resulting from customer errors.
