After contacting LDS to obtain some information, I was impressed. Everything that they gave me – including the tutorial – was very informative. The instructions were very thorough and easy to follow. The LDS website is easy to navigate – especially the uploads. LDS is also very affordable compared to other service providers. Their invoices are precise and easy to read. Also, I believe that they have the best customer service. Just recently, I inadvertently uploaded an unsigned document. LDS immediately sent me an email and they followed-up with a phone call. NOW that is customer service. Less than a year later and we chose to designate LDS as the electronic service provider for another case. We are completely satisfied with LDS and would not hesitate to continue to use their service.
