Most eFiling submissions are processed the same business day. Urgent filings can be escalated for priority handling. Court acceptance timelines vary by county but are typically within 1–3 business days.
Which California counties do you serve?
LDS is live in 46 of California's 58 Superior Courts and expanding. We also handle physical filing and process serving statewide and nationwide.
Do I need a contract to use LDS?
No. There are no contracts, no setup fees, and no minimum order requirements. You pay only for the services you use, with transparent pricing shown before you submit.
What happens if a filing is rejected?
You are notified immediately with the rejection reason and a corrected resubmission plan. For Concierge orders, resubmissions caused by LDS errors are handled at no additional charge.
Can I track my orders in real time?
Yes. Every order is tracked in your dashboard from submission through completion. You receive email and dashboard notifications at each status change.
Is LDS an approved EFSP?
Yes. Legal Document Server is a court-approved Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP) certified to file in all 46 active California counties we serve.
