September 20, 2021, The Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles has officially started mandatory Electronic Filing for Civil Complex cases. Create an account to simplify your litigation support through our all-in-one system. LDS covers all of California and certified in 26 counties for E-Filing.
Additionally, Legal Document Server is now one of two court approved Bulletin Board/E-Service providers. When new complex cases are initiated, litigants must select one of the two court approved providers to the case. Please use the following templates to assign LDS as your E-Service provider for your next case.
