The long-awaited transition from physical court filing to electronic filing is finally happening. As an attorney service provider, we are thrilled to be able to finally offer electronic filing to our customers in San Bernardino Superior Court.

eFiling is currently / will be optional with the court, but it offers several advantages over traditional filing that should not be overlooked. First and foremost, eFiling is significantly more convenient than physical filing. The deadline for eFiling to be considered same-day is 11:59 PM, well beyond the typical 2-3:00 PM deadline for physical filing. Because eFiling sends documents directly to the court, it also reduces the time between when orders are submitted and reviewed by the clerk.
